(ECF No. 17). Accordingly, in light of the parties’ 19 stipulation, the case against Defendant The Chubb Corporation has ended and is dismissed with 20 prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)G1); Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 21 th Cir. 1997). Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to designate on the 99 docket that The Chubb Corporation has been terminated as a defendant in this case.
