(“Global”) and The Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, have moved for default judgment against defendants Beneficio de Arroz Choloma, S.A. (“Bachosa”), Sady Farid Andonie Reyes (“Reyes”), and Joyce Mary Jarufe Dox (“Dox”). (ECF No. 164.) Under the complaint’s allegations, defendant Bachosa is a company duly organized under the laws of the Country of Honduras. (ECF No. 1-2 at ¶¶ 1-2 at ¶ 3.)
