DISTRICT JUDGE Johnny Palmer (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed the complaint commencing this action on December 27, 2021. (ECF No. 1). Plaintiff alleges that errors in the calculation of his sentence and the failure of certain Defendants to properly count his credits have extended the duration of his confinement.
