ELECTRIC) LLC, Defendant. 18 On July 13, 2021, Plaintiffs Travelers Commercial Insurance Company (“Travelers”) and Property & Casualty Insurance Company of Hartford (“Hartford” and collectively with Travelers, “Plaintiffs”) filed a Complaint in the Superior Court of California, County of Mono, against Defendant Liberty Utilities (CalPeco Electric), LLC (“Defendant”), alleging causes of action for inverse condemnation and negligence. Compl., ECF No. 1-1 (“Compl.”). Defendant subsequently removed the case to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. ECF No. 1 ¶ 5 (“Not. Removal”).
