18 Through this action, Plaintiff Gilberto Rueda (“Plaintiff”) seeks relief from Defendant ClarkWestern Dietrich Building Systems LLC (“Defendant”) for wage and hour violations of the California Labor Code and California’s Unfair Competition Law, Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17200 et seq. On September 14, 2021, Plaintiff filed a Class Action Complaint in the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento, on behalf of himself and others similarly situated. ECF No. 1-1 (“Compl.”).
