17 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Lynell Johnson’s (“Plaintiff”) complaint for 18 judicial review of an unfavorable decision by the Commissioner of the Social Security 19 Administration regarding her applications for Social Security Disability Insurance and 20 Supplemental Security Income. The parties have consented to entry of final judgment by a United 21 States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), with any appeal to the Court of Appeals 22 for the Ninth Circuit. (ECF Nos. 7, 10-11.) 23 The matter was taken under submission on the parties’ briefs without a hearing.
