RALEYS SUPERMARKETS, Defendant. 16 Plaintiff is proceeding in this action pro se. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 302(c). On March 21, 2022, the undersigned issued an order to show cause no later than April 18, 2022 why this action should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Plaintiff was advised that failure to allege a proper basis for jurisdiction would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. Though plaintiff has filed a response, its vague and conclusory allegations fail to show cause why a federal court has jurisdiction over plaintiff’s complaints. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. In light of these recommendations, IT IS ALSO HEREBY ORDERED that all pleading, 27 …
