OBJECTIONS, IF ANY, DUE WITHIN TWENTY-ONE DAYS 16 Plaintiff John Koresko (“Plaintiff”) is a seeking to proceed pro se and in forma pauperis in this action against Turhan Cook and the Kern County Sheriff’s Department. (ECF Nos. 1, 3, 4.) Plaintiff filed the complaint commencing this action on September 27, 2021. (ECF No. 1). On October 21, 2021, the Court screened the complaint and found that it failed to state any cognizable claims. (ECF No. 5.) The Court provided Plaintiff with applicable legal standards, explained why Plaintiff’s complaint failed to state any cognizable claims and facts sufficient to support the claims, and gave Plaintiff leave to file a First Amended Complaint.
