Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint In his unverified pleading, plaintiff alleges that he was transferred to the California Health Care Facility (“CHCF”) on December 22, 2014, and on December 24 and 25, 2014, he was involuntarily placed under anesthesia, and sexually assaulted by four employees of the hospital against his will, both in his cell and after he was dragged upstairs to a dental chair.
