I will give plaintiff an 20 opportunity to amend her complaint before recommending that it be dismissed. I will also grant 21 plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis. ECF No. 2. 22 Screening and Pleading Requirements 23 Plaintiff’s complaint is subject to screening under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e).
