et al., Defendants. 22 These related cases stem from a February 12, 2021, after-hours work function allegedly hosted by Defendant Andy Lopez, an Area Sales Director for Defendant Foundation Partners Group, LLC (“FPG”), a business providing funeral, cemetery and cremation services throughout California. Plaintiff Brandy Olmsted (“Olmsted”), a Family Services Advisor working under Lopez, claims she was sexually assaulted after being plied with alcohol by Lopez at that function.
