On March 24, 2022, Plaintiff filed an amended motion seeking to modify the scheduling order and amend the complaint to substitute the identities of the six deputies as defendants who allegedly battered Plaintiff for the previously unidentified Doe Defendants. (ECF No. 27.) Defendants filed their opposition on April 6, 2022. (ECF No. 31.) On April 22, 2022, Plaintiff filed a reply. (ECF No. 34.)
