The Secretary of Veterans Affairs initiated this action against Albert Tayo and Mayveline Tayo by filing a complaint for unlawful detainer in Tulare County Superior Court, Case No. VCL201795.1 (Doc. 1 at 7-9.) The defendants filed a Notice of Removal to initiate the matter before this Court. (Doc. 1). For the reasons set forth below, the Court finds it lacks subject jurisdiction over the action and the matter is REMANDED to Tulare County Superior Court. ///
