ORDER TO STAY PROCEEDINGS 13 LAURA BYNUM, et al., (ECF No. 18) Defendants. 15 Plaintiff is proceeding without counsel1 and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action 16 against the Siskiyou County Clerk-Registrar of Voters, Laura Bynum, and against the president of 17 the board of her local water district, Robert Puckett, Sr. Defendant Bynum moves to dismiss all 18 claims, and defendant Puckett joins in the motion.
