15 Defendant. 16 On April 1, 2022, this Court denied Plaintiff Valley National Bank’s (“Plaintiff”) Application for Court Order Authorizing Service of the Summons and First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) on Defendant UTS Logistics Inc., d/b/a United Transportation Services (“Defendant”) by Hand Delivery to the California Secretary of State. ECF Nos. 7, 8. Presently before the Court is Plaintiff’s Renewed Application, ECF No. 9, which, for reasons set forth below, is GRANTED. The California Secretary of State’s records list Gurvinder Sandhu as Defendant’s Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Director, and Registered Agent for Service of Process and the address as 10221 Soprano Way, Elk Grove, California 95757.
