She alleges Wells Fargo wrongly used the checks she wrote 19 for one of these mortgages to pay the other. She also alleges Wells Fargo withheld information 20 from her, ignored her letters and calls, and prevented her from discovering what it had done. The court dismissed some of Ms. Robinson’s claims in a previous order, and it did not permit some of the claims she now asserts in her amended complaint. Other claims in her amended complaint are precluded by a judgment Wells Fargo obtained against her in a previous 24 state court action.
