13 14 Plaintiffs Shahara Hansber, Nang Chan, and Jesus Moreno initiated this action by filing a Class Action Complaint against Defendant Ulta Beauty Cosmetics, LLC for damages, injunctive relief, declaratory relief, and restitution. The matter was referred to the assigned United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Eastern District of California Local Rule 302.
