Defendants. PLAINTIFF LEAVE TO AMEND (Doc. 1) 17 Plaintiff Chong Sook Lim (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se, initiated this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Lisa A. Miller, Ph.D. and Does 1-53 on December 7, 2021. (Doc. 1.) I. Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis Concurrent with her complaint, Plaintiff filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis without prepaying fees or costs pursuant to Title 28 of the United States Code section 1915(a).
