Plaintiff Raymond Anglin is appearing pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s fourth motion for appointment of counsel, filed June 21, 2022. (ECF No. 57.) On April 18, 2022, the Court issued a second scheduling order setting a trial confirmation hearing for October 14, 2022, and a jury trial for November 28, 2022. (ECF No. 52.) On May 18, 2022, the Court denied Plaintiff’s third motion for appointment of counsel. (ECF No. 54.)
