Defendants. 17 This matter is before the court on plaintiff Lucy Atayde’s motion seeking reconsideration of the court’s April 22, 2022 order granting in part and denying in part defendants’ motion for summary judgment. (Doc. No. 238.) Plaintiff’s motion was taken under consideration on the papers without a hearing. Having reviewed the parties’ briefing, and for the reasons that follow, plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration will be denied.
