17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Several matters are pending before the court. Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Prison Rape Elimination Act (“PREA”) Documents On January 20, 2022, plaintiff moved to compel, in part, a further response to request for production of documents no. 1. (ECF No. 27.) Request for production no. 1 sought documents created during a PREA investigation conducted as a result of plaintiff’s allegations against defendant Joseph. (Id.)
