15 16 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Anita Brown’s (“Plaintiff”) complaint for 17 judicial review of an unfavorable decision by the Commissioner of the Social Security 18 Administration. The parties have consented to entry of final judgment by a United States 19 Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), with any appeal to the Court of Appeals for the 20 Ninth Circuit. (ECF Nos. 8, 10, 11.) The matter was taken under submission on the parties’ briefs without a hearing.
