Plaintiffs Baljit Athwal (“Bobby”) and Daljit Atwal (“Daljit”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) oppose each motion. (ECF Nos. 194, 195.) Defendants filed replies. (ECF Nos. 199, 200.)
