Petitioner Yubiel Magana, through counsel, filed an application for the Court to appoint 22 Yubiel Magana as guardian ad litem for the minor Plaintiff, H.G. on September 7, 2022. (Doc. 23 No. 3). The Court grants the application. 24 Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 17 provides for a representative of a minor to sue or 25 defend on a minor’s behalf. Fed. R. Civ. P. 17(c).
