18 This matter came before the court on September 20, 2022 for a hearing on plaintiff Devier Avery’s unopposed motions for final approval of a class action settlement and for an award of attorneys’ fees, costs, and an incentive award for plaintiff. (Doc. Nos. 36, 40, 41, 42.) Attorney David Spivak of the Spivak Law Firm appeared by video on behalf of plaintiff and the putative class.
