Edwards’s (collectively, “Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“Rule”) 12(b)(6). (ECF No. 31.) Plaintiff Tara Lyn Carreon (“Plaintiff”) filed an opposition.
