RELEVANT PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND On October 29, 2021, the Court issued a discovery and scheduling order. (ECF No. 35.) On August 12, 2022, the Court issued a minute order, directing the parties to participate in a settlement conference to be held in September or October of 2022. (ECF No. 41.) On September 1, 2022, Magistrate Judge Helena Barch-Kuchta scheduled a settlement conference for October 28, 2022. (ECF No. 46.)
