This matter was, therefore, referred to the undersigned in accordance with Local Rule 302(c)(21) and 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). (ECF No. 318.) On January 4, 2002, the Court entered judgment against defendant Marjorie Wight and in favor of the United States in the amount of $2,035,547.95. (ECF No. 165.) On December 30, 2021, the United States filed a motion to renew the judgment lien against defendant Marjorie Wight pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 3201. (ECF No. 317.) On October 5, 2022, the matter was reassigned to the currently assigned District Judge and the undersigned. (ECF No. 318.)
