Defendant argued that this matter should be transferred to the Northern District of California where defendant, plaintiff’s former employer, is located and where most of the events at issue this action took place. ECF No. 6-1 at 2, 8. On October 14, 2022, plaintiff filed a response to the motion to dismiss. ECF No. 10.
