16 On October 4, 2022, defendant filed a notice of its request to seal a certain two-page document produced in discovery, bearing the Bates stamp McClatchy000100–101, which plaintiffs have attached as Exhibit A to the declaration of attorney Jennifer Murray filed in support of their opposition to defendant’s pending motion to dismiss. (Doc. No. 69.) Plaintiff submitted an opposition to defendant’s request to seal. For the reasons explained below, the court will deny defendant’s request to seal.
