17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This proceeding was referred to this court by Local Rule 302 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Plaintiff initiated this action by filing a 116 page complaint on July 9, 2022 which is before the court for screening. ECF No. 1. Also pending before the court are two separate motions to proceed in forma pauperis, three motions for a preliminary injunction/temporary restraining order, three requests to amend the complaint or add claims or defendants, a motion to intervene, and a second motion to reconsider this court’s denial of the appointment of counsel.
