17 Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding with a petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On November 9, 2018, the court stayed this case pending the resolution of petitioner’s state court exhaustion petition. (ECF No. 289.) Petitioner has informed the court that on May 19, 2022, the state court issued a final decision on the exhaustion petition. (See ECF Nos. 292, 296.) Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the stay of these proceedings be lifted. These findings and recommendations will be submitted to the United States District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
