17 This matter is before the court on a pending motion to dismiss filed by defendants Bank of America, NA; Bank of America Corporation; Bank of America California, NA; Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; and Countrywide Securities Corporation (“defendants”). (Doc. No. 39.) On March 16, 2022, defendants’ motion was taken under submission on the papers. (Doc. No. 44.) For the reasons set forth below, the court will grant defendants’ motion to dismiss.
