Plaintiff brought this action seeking judicial review of a final administrative decision denying plaintiff’s application for Disability Insurance Benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. (ECF No. 1.) On April 12, 2022, 2022, the Court granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, denied defendant’s motion, and remanded this matter for further proceedings. (ECF No. 23.) On July 5, 2022, plaintiff filed a motion seeking attorney’s fees in the amount of $6,915.00, pursuant to a contingency fee agreement. (ECF No. 26.)
