15 Defendant. 16 Plaintiff seeks judicial review of a final decision by the Commissioner of Social Security denying his application for Supplemental Security Income. In his summary judgment motion, plaintiff contends the Administrative Law Judge erred in discounting the opinions of: (A) a consultative examining physician regarding how plaintiff’s heart condition and obesity affects his ability to work; and (B) plaintiff’s treating chiropractor regarding how plaintiff’s spinal condition affects his ability to work. Plaintiff seeks a remand for further proceedings. The Commissioner opposed, and filed a cross-motion for summary judgment, and seeks affirmance.
