Plaintiff asks the court to enjoin defendant from executing an unlawful detainer. 19 (ECF No. 6 at 1). The undersigned recommends denying plaintiff’s motion because plaintiff is 20 unlikely to succeed on the merits of her claim. Further, plaintiff is ordered to show cause why the 21 case should not be dismissed and why a pre-filing vexatious litigant order should not be entered 22 barring her from filing further cases against this defendant regarding the property. 23 I.
