ORDER 14 KATHLEEN ALLISON, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel in an action brought under 42 18 U.S.C. § 1983. He commenced this civil action in the Sacramento County Superior Court and 19 defendant Kathleen Allison removed it to federal court on July 12, 2022.1 Defendant Allison 20 requests that the court screen the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A and dismiss any 21 claims that are frivolous, malicious, or which fail to state a cognizable claim. ECF No. 1 at 3. 22 After reviewing the complaint pursuant to § 1915A, the court concludes that it fails to state a 23 cognizable claim and must be dismissed with leave to amend. 24 ///// 25 ///// 26
