He commenced this civil action in the Sacramento County Superior Court and 19 defendant Kathleen Allison removed it to federal court on July 12, 2022.1 Defendant Allison 20 requests that the court screen the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A and dismiss any 21 claims that are frivolous, malicious, or which fail to state a cognizable claim.
