In addition to filing a complaint (ECF No. 1), he filed an application to proceed in 19 forma pauperis (ECF No. 6). 20 Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis 21 The court has reviewed plaintiff’s application and finds that it makes the showing required 22 by 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(1) and (2).
