Rohlfing, Inc., CPC 20 (“Counsel”), attorney for Ryan Clayton Harvey (“Plaintiff”), filed the instant motion for attorney 21 fees on August 22, 2022. (Mot. Att’y Fees (“Mot.”), ECF No. 25.) Counsel requests fees in the 22 gross amount of $17,000.00 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b), with an offset of $3,232.79 for fees 23 previously awarded under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) (“EAJA”). 24 Plaintiff was served with the motion and advised that any opposition to the motion was to be 25 filed within fourteen days.
