16 17 Petitioner Kristopher William Lawless is proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of 18 habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. 19 On June 21, 2022, Respondent filed a motion to dismiss. (ECF No. 14.) On July 1, 2022, 20 Petitioner filed a motion for a 45-day extension of time to file an opposition. (ECF No. 16.)
