FORTY-FIVE (45) DAY DEADLINE 16 17 Plaintiff Ruben Figueroa (“Plaintiff”) is a former state prisoner proceeding pro se and in 18 forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 19 On August 25, 2022, the Court issued a screening order directing Plaintiff to file an 20 amended complaint or a notice of voluntary dismissal within thirty (30) days. (ECF No. 5.) On 21 September 30, 2022, Plaintiff filed a notice of change of address, which the Court construed as a 22 motion for extension of time to file an amended complaint. (ECF No. 6.)
