BRIEF PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND 21 Summary Judgment Filings 22 On October 5, 2021, Defendants Fisher, Ramos, Vasquez and Washington filed a motion 23 for summary judgment, contending Plaintiff had failed to exhaust his administrative remedies 24 prior to filing suit.
