BRIEF PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND 21 Summary Judgment Filings 22 On October 5, 2021, Defendants Fisher, Ramos, Vasquez and Washington filed a motion 23 for summary judgment, contending Plaintiff had failed to exhaust his administrative remedies 24 prior to filing suit. (Doc. 61.) Plaintiff filed an opposition on October 15, 2021. (Doc. 62.)
