(ECF Nos. 91, 93.) Having considered the 21 moving papers, the lack of proper opposition, the filed status reports, and the Court’s file, the 22 Court finds this matter suitable for decision without oral argument. See Local Rule 230(g). 23 Accordingly, the hearing set for November 16, 2022, will be vacated and the parties will not be 24 required to appear at that time.
