Defendant moves to dismiss. For the reasons below, the 22 | motion is denied as to plaintiffs’ consumer fraud claims and granted in part as to plaintiffs’ 23 | claims for equitable relief, with leave to amend. The court also strikes all references in the 24 | operative complaint to marketing outside of that appearing on defendant’s Amazon.com 25 | storefront, but grants plaintiffs leave to amend.!
