15 16 Plaintiff Gerald Ibuado (“Plaintiff”) is a former federal prisoner proceeding pro se and in 17 forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of 18 Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). The Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint, and 19 he was granted leave to amend. Plaintiff’s first amended complaint, filed on October 21, 2022, is 20 currently before the Court for screening. (ECF No. 13.) 21 I.
