16 Clerk of Court to assign a district judge. 17 18 Plaintiff Davonte Dominique Sykes is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 19 pauperis in this civil rights action filed under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On July 19, 2022, the Court 20 granted Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). (ECF No. 14.) The Court 21 served the IFP order on Plaintiff by U.S. Postal Service. On July 25, 2022, the U.S. Postal 22 Service returned the order as “Undeliverable: Paroled.” Because more than sixty-three days have 23 passed and Plaintiff has failed to notify the Court of his new address, the Court may dismiss this 24 action for failure to prosecute.
