16 17 I. 18 INTRODUCTION 19 This action was filed on July 20, 2021. (ECF No. 1.) On March 4, 2022, a scheduling 20 order issued, setting a nonexpert discovery deadline of July 5, 2022. (ECF No. 44.) On Friday, 21 July 1, 2022, the parties filed a stipulated motion to modify the scheduling order. (ECF No. 49.) 22 On July 5, 2022, the Court granted the parties’ motion, and modified the scheduling order. (ECF 23 No. 50.) The Court extended the nonexpert discovery deadline until October 12, 2022, and 24 continued the pretrial conference and trial dates in this matter.
