16 I. INTRODUCTION This action was filed on July 20, 2021. (ECF No. 1.) On March 4, 2022, a scheduling order issued, setting a nonexpert discovery deadline of July 5, 2022. (ECF No. 44.) On Friday, July 1, 2022, the parties filed a stipulated motion to modify the scheduling order. (ECF No. 49.) On July 5, 2022, the Court granted the parties’ motion, and modified the scheduling order. (ECF No. 50.) The Court extended the nonexpert discovery deadline until October 12, 2022, and continued the pretrial conference and trial dates in this matter. (Id.)
