19 On July 12, 2022, counsel for Plaintiff Henry Spitzer (“Plaintiff) filed a Motion for 20 Attorneys’ Fees Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b). (ECF No. 35). On July 13, 2022, Defendant 21 Commissioner of Social Security (“Defendant”) filed a Statement of Non-Opposition to 22 Plaintiff’s Motion. (ECF No. 37).
