17 18 Petitioner Irma Guadalupe Michel Barajas (“Petitioner”) seeks judicial review of an 19 administrative decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying Petitioner’s claim for 20 disability benefits under the Social Security Act. (ECF No. 1). Pending before the Court is 21 Petitioner’s application to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF No. 2). For the following reasons, 22 the Court finds issuance of the new case documents and Petitioner’s application to proceed in 23 forma pauperis appropriate. 24 I.
