Sheikh brought this action 24 asserting claims under Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of the 25 Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971), and the Fourth 26 and Fifth Amendments of the United States Constitution, based on 27 defendants’ alleged fabrication of evidence which led to a search 28 of her home and her arrest and prosecution.
